Refunds and Returns Policy
You must inform JP Halls Limited within 7 days if your chosen item isn’t working, damaged or broken. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase and JP Halls Limited has not been informed, unfortunately JP Halls Limited can’t offer you a refund or exchange. Our policy lasts 7 days from purchase (unless agreed previously with a Director of JP Halls Limited) for you to return the item.
JP Halls reserve the right to refuse a return If you have changed you mind. Please make sure you are fully satisfied with the product you are about to buy.
To be eligible for a return, we must seek approval from the Manufacturers, if they agree to accept the return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There will be a handling charge of returned items.
To complete your return JP Halls Ltd must have received your goods. Once your return is received and inspected, JP Halls Limited will send you an email to notify you that JP Halls Limited have received your returned item. JP Halls Limited will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. This will null and void our agreement.
There are situations where absolutely no refunds/returns are granted.
- Bespoke and made to order products have no refund/return policy. Make sure you have placed the order correctly.
- Any item not in its original condition is damaged or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery without notification within 7 days to JP Halls Limited.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account/credit card company again. Contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded/returned.
Exchanges (if applicable)
JP Halls Limited only replace items if they are defective or damaged and with the approval of the manufacturer. If JP Halls Limited has agreed an exchange JP Halls Limited will send you an email. Before you return the item (at your cost unless prior approval has been given by JP Halls Limited) Please send an email firstname.lastname@example.org and send your item to:

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £100.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. JP Halls Limited doesn’t guarantee that JP Halls Limited will receive your returned item.
